You may be wondering why I chose a selfie of me pruning my garden as a profile picture. You see, prior to my divorce, I refused to do yardwork. I don’t like to sweat and I don’t like dirt under my fingernails. Post divorce, my brown thumb is now a vibrant green. Turns out, nurturing my fruit trees and garden nurtures my soul as well.

I had besties during my divorce who helped me survive the toughest years of my life. I couldn’t have made it through without them. Even with their support, I felt incredibly lonely so much of the time. I don’t believe anyone should go through this process alone and yet I know that not everyone has a support group they can rely on to understand what they are going through.

I am a proud mom of two college aged girls who have flown the nest. My other five children are furry and four legged and will never leave home.

Caring for and helping others find safety, stability, love and joy in life fills my cup. I offer a safe space, a virtual shoulder to cry on and compassionate, strategic advice to help you become the best version of yourself. I can’t wait to meet you!
